The Civil Office is responsible for the delivery of civil process and the execution of civil orders and mandates.  This office operates with a staff of three officers and two support staff and works closely with the Warren County Family Court and the New York State Supreme Court in carrying out the duties and obligations of the office as provided under the NYS Civil Practice Law and Rules.
